• Preparation of financial appraisals
• Preparation of payment valuations
• Evaluation of contractual claims
• Advice of contractual claims
• Managing the symbiosis between consultants
• Supervised the construction and ensure adherence to specifications
• Coordination of the design and build team

CONSTRUCTION PHASE

• Execution by Mellech engineering and other prequalified & competent contractors
• Coordination of the activities of the lead architects, civil engineers and other consultants in developing the designed project within time and budget while maintaining high level of workmanship
